All items are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock.

All items shipped to customers are sealed and we will not be liable for any factory and supplier shipping defects. 

In case of any damages, we will be requiring an unboxing video. If no unboxing video has been submitted within 7 days upon receipt, complaint will not be entertained.
